Valli Barite is a high density mineral (4.2-4.3 g/cm3) and with a resistance to acids and alkalis. It is unaffected by weather and marine agents and it is known for its easy dispersive features. It has a very versatile white filler, resistant to U.V. rays and high temperatures.

Valli Barite is used in paints, oil-based varnishes, powder, synthetic, vinyl and acrylic paints, water paints, sealants, mastics, adhesives, plastic materials, polymers, PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers and rubbers in general.
