It is possible to require a transport service with any type of mean: tipping lorries, tank lorries, non-tipping lorries, hydraulic tailgate or cranes and container lorries.

The ongoing technological development has allowed us to have an automated system for the mixing and premixing of aggregates.

Valli Granulati can produce premixed products with different components.

An automated system monitors and records in detail the weighing, mixing and packing phase of all the ingredients, in order to further ensure the quality of the product.

The ongoing technological development, which has characterised Valli Granulati since its foundation, has allowed us to have an automated system for the mixing of aggregates.

There are mixtures strengthened over time, having a traditional recipe, which are always available in stock. It is also possible to mix multiple types of aggregates up to eleven components, upon the customer’s specific requests.

Valli Granulati has different packaging systems to bag the products in various formats thus satisfying the customer’s requests.

It is possible to pack in both polyethylene and paper bags, of different weights and sizes, from 500 grams up to 30 kg.

The paper bags can non-branded or customised with the customer’s logo. Adhesive labels can also be placed.

Valli Granulati can even package the products in raffia sacks, up to 1500 kg.

In order to ensure a reliable seal over time, all packaging are UV treated six months.

Valli Granulati can offer a drying service of the following types: a fluidised-bed drying process or a static furnace drying process, for any type of sands and granulates.

Valli Granulati can offer a dosage service, provided through an automated weighing system, capable of handling up to four components and of packing the dosed products in 10-25 kg paper bags.

It is possible to produce customised granulometric curves, upon the customer’s specific requests, always ensuring a constant grain size in each bag.
